1. Introduction

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or account management process.

In all cases, 09bej's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made, and even if 09bej has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
